Refund policy
We accept eligible returns within 3 business days of the delivery date. All returns must be shipped via postal service, as in-store returns are not accepted. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping label.
Return Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return, your purchase must meet the following conditions:
- Timely Return
- The item(s) must be postmarked within 3 business days from the delivery date.
- Return Tag
- If applicable, the Max Pawn Luxury return tag must remain attached to the item. The tag states: "Once the tag is removed, items cannot be returned."
- If the return tag is missing, general merchandise may not be eligible for return, and a refund will not be issued.
- Condition
- Items must be returned in the same condition as sold and received, including all original packaging and accessories.
- If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@maxpawn.com.
- Proper Packaging Required: When returning an item, it must be securely packaged to prevent damage. If the item arrives in a different condition or sustains damage due to improper packaging, a deduction may be applied to the refund to cover the loss in value.
- No Returns on Customized Items: Customized items are not eligible for returns.
*Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
*Timeline for Refunds: Once approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
*No Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges for any items.
*Return Shipping Options: Returns can be sent using any postal service, including UPS, USPS, or FedEx.
*Packing Slip Requirement: The packing slip must be included inside the return package when it arrives at Max Pawn Luxury.
Live Show Sale Items
All items purchased during our live shows are final sale and non-refundable.
